:: Medics have Desert Eagles for self-defence ( NOT BODY ARMOUR ) ::

:: When Civilians Die, they will /lay for 60 seconds until a medic arrives. Or they can /acceptdeath or something to just kill themselves. AND LOSE MONEY ::

:: Also, /heal should be free, except at Paychecks, EVERYONE MUST pay $1000 to Hospital for Health Insurance, which the Chief of Staff can withdraw for extra pay on Paramedic Staff ::

:: Also, add a Leviathan/Raindance for Search and Rescue missions at All Saints General Hospital. Since Leviathan can land on water, or Raindance, cause it has "Fire Department of San Andreas" on it ::

:: Add a /rescue command, For when I'm in the Helicopter, and I rescue someone by throwing down a ladder, I can put him into the Helo. Exactly the same as the /detain command, except message might say "<Name> rescued <Name> by wrenching him up the helicopter"
