New Mayor and Goverment!

I suggests a new construction of Los Santos Goverment.

We would still have a Mayor and all stuff, but we would have depts. too. Like Real Estate Dept., Property Privatisation Dept., Company Registration Dept. ...

In these Departments you would ask for Business creation or like if you see a house and it isn't scripted you would ask for it in Real Estate Dept. ..

So what do you people think about that?

PS: We also need a new Mayor fast!
