Ok, so, listen, you don't drive what you want...

Chief = Drives all
Captain = Drives all
Lieutenant = All but Swat tanks and Rancher
Sergeant = No Swat, and no Rancher but motorcycle is O.K.
Officer = Just cars, and motorcycle with permission ONLY FROM ME
Cadet = Drives the carts... (lol.)

If any one offends they WILL be fired.
